Team of 2, For time:
Row 3000m 300 Double unders Run 3 miles
(45 min hard cap)
*Split Row as you please *Double unders split as you please, but one member must do at least 50 *Run split by alternating 400m runs (6 each) OR recommended run 3 miles together.

Modifications:
Level 3- 2000m row 200 double Unders, 2 mile run Level 2 – 2000m Row, 100 Double Unders, 1.5 mile run Level 1- 1500m Row, 300 singles, 1 mile run
