"Triple 3"

2018 Individual Regional Workout
1.Triple 3 For time: 3,000-m row 300 double-unders 3-mile run
Time cap: 49 minutes
Our Workout
1.Triple 3, Team of 2 For time: 3,000-m row total, as a team, switch every 250 m 300 double-unders, as a team switch every 50. 3-mile run total relay- switch after every 400 m, so 6 runs/person
In honor of the CrossFit Regionals starting this week, Friday- Sunday, we are going complete the "Triple 3" today. "Triple 3" is the the first individual workout that all regional athletes worldwide will complete this Friday morning. The goal today is test our limits and compare our times to these Regional athletes. We will complete this workout in its entirety will a slight tweak due to utilization of our rowers. We have completed this wod and a variation of it over the last several years since it was first introduced to the CrossFit Games in 2014.
