2. Gymnastic Conditioning 12 min EMOM
Every 3 minutes complete
200 m sprint or 15/12 cal assault bike
INTO 3 Ring MU/ 6 pull-ups

33 minute EMOM (:30/:30)
Min 0-11: Cal row
Min 11-22: DB Alt Hang Snatch (50/35)
Min 22-33: plank to pushups
-SCORE= lowest rep/ station combined
-Each athlete will stay at one station for 11 consecutive minutes, than rotate.
Midline: 5 minutes together
Cooldown: 800 m
