Box Brief: CrossFit kids Camp starts today 930 am. Please all be on time and looking forward to a great month of fun and fitness!

CrossFit and ICT

Option 1 Double "Helen:

6 RFT Run 400 meters 21 KBS 12 Pull-ups

-25 minute cap-

Option 2

"Cindy" 20 min AMRAP 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats

2. Midline: 12 minutes (:40/:20)

min 1: barbell/pvc good morning

min 2:GHD situps/ strict abmat situps

min 3: prone plank

min 4: superman

-Due to the Competitors Training Program follow one week back, last Monday was Murph. Today both classes will have the option to complete Helen or Cindy.. We will resume our regular program tomorrow.-
