1. Conditioning"The Chief"

Max rounds in 3 minutes of: 3 PC (135/95) 6 Push-ups 9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

-Continue rounds where you last left off-

2. Sprint Conditioning

In a team of 2, complete 16 total 200 m sprints in relay style, I go you go

3. Midline: 5 minute Static Holds

4. Accessory Gymnastic Skill of Choice

ICT

1. Conditioning 3 Burpees 6 KB SDHP (53/35) 9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

-Continue rounds where you last left off-

2. Sprint Conditioning

In a team of 2, complete 16 total 200 m sprints in relay style, I go you go

3. Midline: 5 minute Static Holds
