*Thursday Challenge: Today you must partner with someone from the opposite sex that you have never partnered up with ever, Winning team at end of the day will receive a prize. All classes will convene on the CrossFit side of gym*
CrossFit and ICT
1. Conditioning
Teams of 2 3 Rounds: 200 Meter Run- must touch curb 400 Meter Run- must pass green cone 600 Meter Run-must touch Stop Sign
-Partners must tag eachother
Partner 1 runs 200 meters, partner 2 runs 200 meters. Partner 1 runs 400 meters, and so on….
-If unable to run, row same distance-
-Resting athlete may complete any Midline movement of choice during the rest
-Goal is sub 30 minutes-
2. Midline: 5 minutes
3. Skill: Rope climb or Pullups
