Today will be Sarah's last class before she moves to Italy with her husband. Come on out and show her some 530 AM CrossFit love.
Box Brief:
-In honor of July 4th, this week we be HERO WEEK. This is a tradition we started last year to honor those who have fought for us, our country, and our freedom.
-All classes will convene on the CrossFit side and break off after mobility.
-July 4th we will have 2 classes, 715 and 830 AM with childcare provided at 830 AM
