Box Brief: Nutrition Challenge and Body Fat Participants: Please see Amber for your Tuesday Hydrostatic Body Fat Time.
CrossFit and ICT (All classes will convene on the Crossfit side and start on time)
1. Conditioning:
30 Min team of 5 relay AMRAP,
Station 1: 250 m run
Station 2: Cal row
Station 3: Box Jump Over (24/20)
Station 4: DB Alt Snatch (50/35)
Station 5: Rest
SCORE= Total max total reps
2. Midline: 5 minutes
3. Group Stretch:10 minutes
Each team member starts at a different station. Each member begins their work at their station when athlete begins the 250 m run. Once athlete returns, athletes rotate to next station.
