Today, we will have a 9/11 Memorial Workout. Please wear your red white and blue. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Class this times: 530 am , 715 am and 830 am ( 830 am childcare provided ).

Due to the mandatory evacuation at noon, all other classes have be cancelled for the week until further notice. Safety is our number 1 priority. Thanks to all our first responders for keeping us safe during this time.

We will post wods throughout the week and keep you updated on any other schedule changes and/or additions.
