Today marks our CrossFit 843 1 year new location anniversary! Here is to another year of growth, fun, fitness, and friendship. Thank you all for believing in us and supporting our program.

Box Brief:

-Starting today, for the next month, in preparation for the Open, on the CrossFit side we will substitute gymnastic skill work for our Midline "abs" at the end of the class (time permitting). Our goal is to get you as prepared as possible.

-All Open details coming later this week.
