Schedule:
Today, in honor of Martin Luther King Day, we will have all morning classes and the 1230 pm class. No evening classes. Class Times: 530 am 715 am 830 am (childcare included) 930 am (childcare included) 1230 pm
For the next month, in preparation for the Open, on the CrossFit side we will substitute gymnastic skill work for our Midline "abs" at the end of the class (time permitting). Our goal is to get you as prepared as possible.
