1.20 minute partner Leapfrog AMRAP

5 Deadlift (225/185) 10 bar over burpees

30 Double Unders

2. 12 minute "Skill and Drill" (:30/:30)

min 1: Inversions

min 2: Gymnastic pull

min 3: hollow hold

3. 5 minute cooldown jog+ lower back stretch
