Team of 3: 30 minute "Conga style" AMREP : Station 1: Assault bike

Station 2: abmat situps Station 3: 60 m double KB farmers carry (53/35)

SCORE= total team cals on bike

-rotate when station 3 athlete places KBs down

2. Cooldown: 800 m run
