CrossFit and ICT
1. Alternating on the 3 Minute for 30 Minutes: First 3 Minutes- 400 Meter Run Second 3 Minutes- 400/350 Meter Row
*On the 0:00 run 400 Meters. On the 3:00 row 400/350 Meters etc…
2. Cooldown+ Midline: Coaches Choice
The goal today is to run and row a distance that you can successful complete each in sub 2:30 seconds. We would prefer you run and row a shorter distance with higher "intensity" with more a break than try and squeeze in the prescribed volume above and not achieve it.
